Our preference is for online payments, but payments can be made in one of the following ways;

  1. Online via  www.scopay.com/sayescourt. If you have not yet opened an online account, please ask the office for a letter with instructions.
  2. Cheque                Payable to Surrey County Council in a sealed envelope clearly marked with your child’s name and class.
  3. Cash     In a sealed envelope clearly marked with your child’s name, class and the amount of money enclosed. Change will be carried forward to the next week.

We collect lunch money on behalf of Surrey County Council. Their policy states that school meals must be paid for in advance and no debt is allowed. If you experience any difficulties or problems with payment, please contact the school office.

If your child wishes to change their meal arrangements, this must be put in writing and sent to the school office, allowing two weeks’ notice for the caterers. Failure to do so will result in meals having to be paid for even if not taken.

If your child is absent, or goes home sick before 10.30am, you will not be charged for a meal. If your child is going to come in late, for example after a medical appointment, please inform the office by 10.30am if they will require a school lunch.

Refunds are made at the end of the school year, unless your child leaves the school.

If you think you might be eligible for free school meals, please see the criteria below. If in doubt, please come and see us and we will be happy to help. All information will be dealt with the strictest confidentiality.
