*Please note, we are using the term 'Parents' to include parents, carers and/or guardians.

Here at Sayes Court School we believe that parents understand their children best which is why we aim to establish effective two-way communication with our families, and involve them as key partners in their children's learning.

Parents are their child's first educator, and remain so throughout their child's school life.  It is because of this that we recognise the importance of, and strive towards, great communication with our families and a relationship of trust and respect in order to enrich our pupil's learning experiences and see them flourish in their education.

It is our aim to consult with parents about achievements, roles, responsibilities, school policies and queries or complaints.  To facilitate this we encourage as much communication and sharing of information as possible, via our website, letters and the presence of staff at the beginning and end of each school day, including members of our Senior Leadership Team.

Our school policies and other documents (including our Complaints Policy) are available in the Document_Zone section of our website.

If you would like to request a paper copy of any information found on our website, please contact Mrs Atkins on 01932 845093 or visit the school office.

Please be advised that you can view or submit Parents comments on the Ofsted 'Parents View' website.
